RETURN POLICY

We want you to love your Vanilla Waves pieces as much as we do — but we get it, sometimes things don't work out! If you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we gladly accept returns requested within 14 days of delivery for store credit.

Eligibility

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

  • Returns will not be accepted if tags are removed or items show signs of wear or washing.

Store Credit

  • A $6.95 return label fee will be deducted from your store credit for all returns shipped back to us.

  • Store credit is issued as a digital e-gift card and can be used toward any future purchase.

  • Gift cards are emailed once the return is received and processed. Please allow 7–10 business days after your return is delivered to us.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please email us at shopvanillawaves@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with photos and your order number.

Approved damaged or incorrect items will be eligible for a full refund back to your original form of payment. No return label fee will apply.

How to Start a Return

To start a return, please email us at shopvanillawaves@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return. We’ll email you a prepaid return shipping label and instructions.


In-Store vs. Online Returns

  • Items purchased online can be returned in-store or by mail within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items purchased in-store must be returned in person within 14 days of purchase.

  • Online returns are not accepted for in-store purchases.


Note:

  • Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.

  • Original shipping charges from your order are non-refundable.
