RETURN POLICY

We want you to love your Vanilla Waves pieces as much as we do — but we get it, sometimes things don’t work out! If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we gladly accept returns requested within 14 days of delivery for store credit.

Eligibility

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

Returns will not be accepted if tags are removed or items show signs of wear or washing.

Store Credit

A $7 return label fee will be deducted from your store credit for all returns shipped back to us.

Store credit is issued as a digital e-gift card and can be used toward any future purchase.

Gift cards are emailed once the return is received and processed. Please allow 7–10 business days after your return is delivered to us.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please email us at support@shopvanillawaves.com within 14 days of delivery with photos and your order number.

Approved damaged or incorrect items will be eligible for a full refund back to your original form of payment. No return label fee will apply.

How to Start a Return

To start a return, please email us at support@shopvanillawaves.com with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return. We’ll email you a prepaid return shipping label and instructions.

In-Store vs. Online Returns

Items purchased online can be returned in-store or by mail within 14 days of delivery.

Items purchased in-store must be returned in person within 14 days of purchase.

Online returns are not accepted for in-store purchases.

Note:

Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Original shipping charges from your order are non-refundable.
