RETURN POLICY:
We want you to love your Vanilla Waves pieces as much as we do — but we get it, sometimes things don't work out! If you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we gladly accept returns requested within 7 days of delivery for store credit.
All items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Returns will not be accepted if tags are removed or items show signs of wear or washing.
Store Credit:

A $6.95 return label fee will be deducted from your store credit for all returns.

Store credit is issued as a digital e-gift card and can be used toward any future purchase.

Gift cards are emailed once the return is received and processed. Please allow 7–10 business days after your return is delivered to us.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please email us at shopvanillawaves@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number.

Approved damaged or incorrect items will be eligible for a full refund back to your original form of payment, and no return label fee will apply.
How to Start a Return:

We will email you a prepaid return shipping label and instructions for sending your item(s) back.
